At Wear the Word Christian Apparel, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Final sale items are not eligible for return
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@christianapparel.com.co with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
